Mike Peterson

Mike Peterson, General Manager is the newest member of the McNally team, bringing an additional 30 years of industry experience to the organization. Mike has been a part of the Volker Stevin organization since 1999 when he joined the Calgary roads division. Since starting as a surveyor in 1984 he has developed a wealth of knowledge and industry experience, accumulating with 20 years of estimating and project management. His common sense approach to contract negotiations, public relations with clients, employees, suppliers and subcontractors make Mike a valuable asset to the McNally organization.

Grant Gales

Grant Gales, General Superintendent joined McNally Contractors in 1981. Starting in underground and soon into heavy equipment operation in both underground and road work. He moved on to a Superintendent position in 1990 taking on underground projects as well as subdivision construction from the underground to the surface works. In 2012 he moved into his present role as General Superintendent overseeing daily operations.

Kevin Bannister

Kevin Bannister, Corporate Controller joined McNally Contractors Ltd in February 2005. After emigrating from the U.K. in 1979, Kevin started his career as an accounting technician at a Chartered Accounting firm in Lethbridge. After seven years, he moved to Time Air (Canadian Regional Airlines) as a divisional accountant, working with Flight Operations, Aircraft Fuel and Provincial taxes. When the airline moved its accounting operations to Calgary in late 1998, Kevin decided to go back to public accounting as a senior accounting technician. The private sector with its diversity and challenges, drew Kevin back when he joined McNally Contractors Ltd.

David Harker

David Harker, Past Vice President has been with the company on a full time basis since 1979. His key roles have been as an estimator, project manager and meeting with the engineers and clients, processing of progress claims and invoicing. We have been fortunate to establish a list of long time and repeat clientele that have helped to grow the business to its current size and position in the construction industry. Our company would not be where it is today without our dedicated employees, developers, and the various municipalities with which we serve.
