We are a full-service earthmoving contractor, servicing Lethbridge and surrounding areas. We focus on highway, municipal, residential and commercial land development. With numerous dedicated grade crews and a wealth of experience there is no earthmoving or grading project too difficult to be completed by McNally Contractors. An experienced project management team backs this group. Included with in-house design and grade control for our fleet of GPS equipment, McNally will provide survey and detailed in-house support for quantities calculations and survey requirements.

The City of Lethbridge tendered a large expansion of 412 acres to the Sherring Industrial Park in 2018. This work allowed for construction of a new $400M potato processing facility for Cavendish Farms in North Lethbridge who’s factory represents the largest private investment in the City’s history. This investment boasts Southern Alberta’s $1 Billion-dollar potato industry and agri-business throughout the province.

As part of this development five tenders were let out by the City of Lethbridge, McNally was successfully awarded four of these projects totaling over $31M in combined revenue. The projects consisted of three large municipal industrial subdivision phases and the fourth project involved a large sanitary force main and siphon.

The combined volume of work is impressive; 380,000cu.m. of earth moving, 250,000sq.m of grading, 75,000 Manhours, 27km of Underground Utilities, 120,000 tonnes of Base Aggregate, 20,000 tonnes of Asphalt Paving, and 15km of concrete curb or sidewalk.
